Monitor And Maintain Parameters Like

• Tablet weight
• Thickness
• Hardness
• Friability
• Fill out BMRs and equipment logbooks accurately.
• Maintain Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Record any deviations or abnormalities in the process.
• Perform cleaning (CIP/SIP) and minor maintenance of compression machines.
• Ensure machines are cleaned according to SOPs and cleaning validation protocols.
• Conduct in-process checks (IPQC) for tablets: weight variation, hardness, thickness, disintegration.
• Follow GMP, GLP, and SOPs strictly.
• Report any OOS (Out of Specification) or deviations to the supervisor immediately.
• Coordinate with QA, granulation, and coating departments for batch continuity.
• Assist during line clearance, changeover, and process validations.
• Attend training on GMP, safety, equipment handling, and documentation.
• Learn about tablet defects (capping, lamination, picking, sticking) and troubleshooting techniques.
