Purpose

The purpose of this role is to provide administrative and legal support to the legal team that includes:

Key Accountabilities

Providing administrative and legal support to the legal teamCoordinate with team members, colleagues and outside counsel on various legal issues as may be instructed / as per the requirement of the teamSupports team in executing legal agreementsSupports the review of basic contractual termsPerforms legal researchFormulates and deploys process-related improvements with regards to the provision of legal support services, including drafting and revising template agreements and other legal training materialsDemonstrates the ability to provide assistance in basic legal and procedural areasCreates and proof-reads documents and presentationsEnsures that files are kept up to date with correspondence and documentsParticipates in the legal team’s marketing and networking strategies as directedPerforms general administrative duties as may be required by the team
