Job Description

Job Title: Trainee Engineer - TIG Operations Location: Hyderabad (work from office). Candidates looking for remote working or not comfortable with the job location need not apply. Summary: IT Support Responsibilities: Assist in the installation, configuration, and updating of IT systems. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals. Address users' tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking Handling Outlook and mailbox-related issues.. Knowledge of Cyber Security including AntiVirus, Firewall, etc. is required. Minimum 01 years experience Knowledge of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup and recovery.s. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems. Assist users in connecting to video conferencing applications such as Zoom, Webex, etc. Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems. Education: Diploma/Graduate preferably in Computers and IT subjects. Experience: Freshers 1. Good verbal and written communication skills 2. Willing to work in all shifts (24x7x365) Knowledge: Some experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role Good understanding of computer systems mobile devices and other tech products Document and escalate complex issues to higher-level engineers if necessary. Monitor IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. Passionate to learn new technologies / tools as required. Technical Skills: 1. Understanding of Windows 10, Windows 11 and Application environments. 2. Understanding of Ticketing Tool
