Experience: 2 Years Location: Ahmedabad Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated Trainee – Hardware & Software with around 2 years of experience to support installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of computer systems, peripherals, and basic software applications. The role will provide hands-on learning opportunities and growth in IT support and system management. Key Responsibilities: • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals. • Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. • Support users with system setup, OS installation, and updates. • Monitor system performance and report recurring issues. • Perform preventive maintenance for hardware and basic network devices. • Document technical issues and solutions. • Collaborate with IT team members for escalations. Required Skills: • Good knowledge of computer hardware (desktop/laptop components). • Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux). • Knowledge of MS Office and common applications. • Familiarity with antivirus and security practices. • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Good communication and willingness to learn. Qualification: • Graduate in IT/Computer Science or Diploma in Hardware & Networking
