Trainee Automation Engineer

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Automation Engineer who has a basic understanding of industrial automation concepts and programming languages. The candidate should possess foundational knowledge of automation platforms (PLC, SCADA, VFDs, Servo systems) along with basic programming skills in C, C++, Python, and other modern languages. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career engineers eager to build a career in industrial automation. JOB DESCRIPTION:  • Assist senior engineers in PLC programming, HMI/SCADA development, and drive integration. • Support control panel wiring, testing, and commissioning activities. • Learn and implement automation communication protocols (Modbus, EtherCAT, OPC UA, Profinet, etc.). • Apply programming skills (C, C++, Python) in automation-related applications, data handling, and small tool development. • Support in BOM preparation, documentation, and technical reports. • Work under guidance to troubleshoot and debug control systems. • Participate in training programs and continuous learning in industrial automation technologies.
