As a Trainee Associate Consultant Business Development in IT Services & Consulting with our team at Ahmedabad, you will play a crucial role in our Business Development department. Your responsibilities will include: - Partnering with hiring managers to define roles and candidate profiles for talent acquisition. - Sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and closing offers for full-cycle recruitment. - Evaluating consultant resumes against market needs for effective resume screening. - Maximizing placements by effectively marketing bench consultants for bench sales. - Building strong relationships with vendors, account managers, and hiring managers for networking. - Nurturing existing client relationships and expanding into new ones for client growth. - Leading the bench marketing cycle to ensure quick turnarounds and consultant satisfaction for process ownership. We are looking for individuals who possess: - Excellent verbal & written English communication skills. - Strong interpersonal and networking skills. - Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task effectively. - Proactive mindset with ownership and problem-solving ability. - Individual leadership capability. Preferred Qualifications: - UG: B.Tech/B.E., B.COM, B.B.A, B.SC, BCA (any specialization). - PG: MBA/PGDM (any specialization).
