Your responsibilities will include: - Partnering with hiring managers to define roles and candidate profiles for talent acquisition. - Sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and closing offers for full-cycle recruitment. - Evaluating consultant resumes against market needs for effective resume screening. - Maximizing placements by effectively marketing bench consultants for bench sales. - Building strong relationships with vendors, account managers, and hiring managers for networking. - Nurturing existing client relationships and expanding into new ones for client growth. - Leading the bench marketing cycle to ensure quick turnarounds and consultant satisfaction for process ownership. We are looking for individuals who possess: - Excellent verbal & written English communication skills. - Strong interpersonal and networking skills. - Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task effectively. - Proactive mindset with ownership and problem-solving ability. - Individual leadership capability.
