Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Traffic Incharge, based in Prayagraj -U.P., India. The Traffic Incharge will oversee daily day to day transportation operations, monitor fleet movement, and ensure timely vehicle placement & deliveries. Key responsibilities include coordinating with client, vendor / Broker, fleet owners drivers and supervisors, monitoring compliance with safety standards, analyzing load movement, and resolving day to day placement issues. The role also involves preparing reports and ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness in operations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of vendor, fleet owners, and transportation operations.
• Proficiency in analyzing client requirements & vehicle placement.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including drivers, supervisors, and operations teams
• Problem-solving skills with an emphasis on identifying and resolving logistical challenges effectively
• Experience in using technology and software tools for logistics management, including Fleet Management Systems.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance in transportation operations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in logistics or transportation is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable.
