Job Type: Full-Time | Entry-Level / Mid-Level Salary: Basic Fixed + Profit Sharing (Performance-Based)

About Us We are a small startup building a self-funded trading & research desk — focused on systematic trading, automation, and learning-based growth.

We trade on our own (individual) account, within the legal framework. This is NOT a registered prop firm, but a hands-on trading desk where passion, discipline, and skill matter most.

Who Can Apply • Traders / dealers (brokers or individual) • Individuals with interest in stocks, F&O, data or strategy development • Freshers with serious interest in trading & learning • Someone who tried trading before but lacked guidance or capital • Coders/data enthusiasts with interest in markets (Excel/Python preferable)

Key Responsibilities • Trade equities, indices, or options on our account (as authorized) • Follow risk management & stop-loss discipline • Keep trade logs and analyze performance • Participate in strategy discussions and research • Optional: work on automating systems via Excel/Python/API

Compensation Basic Fixed Salary + Profit Sharing – based on trading performance The better you trade, the more you earn.
