Trade Marketing Executive

Role Overview: As a candidate for this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting brand visibility, trade promotions, and market activation initiatives within both on-trade and off-trade channels. This hands-on role is well-suited for a recent graduate who possesses a strong passion for brands, sales, and market dynamics. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in executing brand activation activities in various retail outlets, bars, pubs, and events. - Coordinate the rollout of in-store visibility elements to enhance brand presence. - Ensure the on-shelf presence of our products aligns with the planogram and meets Off Trade Standards of Excellence. - Track and support promotional campaigns, monitoring their performance at the point-of-sale (POS). - Follow the permanent journey plan to our EP / IP On & Off Trade accounts effectively. - Maintain records and hygiene of POS materials deployed at various EP / IP accounts. - Aid in the creation of trade decks and reports that analyze the ROI of activations and promotions. - Ensure all activities adhere to local laws, particularly alcohol marketing regulations. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in trade marketing, field marketing, or sales (internships will be considered). - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint. - Comfortable with fieldwork. - Understanding of Alco-bev marketing codes and legal constraints (preferred but not mandatory).
