Trade Marketing Executive (TME)

Key Responsibilities:

Core Functional Responsibilities:

  1. Drive

    tertiary sales growth

    across assigned channels and geographies.
  2. Execute

    market activation plans

    to boost market share, product visibility, and brand awareness.
  3. Ensure

    flawless and timely execution

    of trade promotions across different channels.
  4. Maintain

    retailer preference

    and ensure strategic placement of assets like chillers and POS materials.
  5. Oversee and manage

    marketing assets

    deployed in retail outlets.
  6. Optimize

    trade marketing budgets

    for maximum impact and cost efficiency.
  7. Collaborate closely with the

    sales team

    to implement trade initiatives in alignment with business goals.
  8. Support

    vendor coordination

    and logistics at the local level to ensure smooth operations.
  9. Evaluate the

    impact of trade initiatives

    , providing insights and suggestions for improvements.
  10. Monitor and report

    market trends

    , competitor activities, and consumer behavior insights.

People Management Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure adherence to company policies and

    code of conduct

    .
  2. Monitor and assess

    performance of Trade Marketing Representatives (TMRs)

    and ensure optimal deployment.
  3. Maintain close coordination with internal stakeholders including TMM, TMRs, ASMs, AMs, TSEs, and third-party vendors.
  4. Provide on-ground

    coaching and feedback

    to improve TMR execution standards.
  5. Support

    training and capability-building

    programs for trade marketing excellence.

Decision-Making & Execution Competence:

  • Strong understanding of

    channel dynamics

    and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to manage

    multiple trade activations

    and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Expertise in

    vendor management and negotiation

    to ensure best execution value.

    FMCG, AlcoBev, or Channel Sales

    background
