Job Description – Trade Marketing Executive Position: Trade Marketing Executive Department: Marketing / Trade Marketing Location: Delhi Reporting To: Trade Marketing Manager Travel Requirement: Extensive travel as per company requirements About the Company: Good Seoul is a fast-growing FMCG company focused on bringing innovative and high-quality food products to consumers. With a strong presence across modern trade, general trade, and emerging channels, we are expanding our footprint and looking for passionate professionals to join our dynamic team. Role Overview: The Trade Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing the company’s trade marketing and BTL activation strategy on the ground. The role involves managing vendors and promoters, ensuring availability and visibility of products, executing launch plans, and driving consumer engagement at the retail level. The executive will work closely with the Trade Marketing Manager to ensure alignment with the company’s overall strategy. Key Responsibilities: BTL Activation & Execution: - Plan and execute Below-the-Line (BTL) activities, in-store activations, and sampling programs. - Ensure successful on-ground implementation of new product launches as per company strategy. - Drive consumer engagement and footfall through trade promotions. Vendor & Promoter Management: - Manage and coordinate with vendors for branding, event, and activation requirements. - Recruit, train, and supervise promoters to ensure effective consumer interactions. - Track and evaluate promoter performance, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines. Market Execution & Visibility: - Conduct regular market visits to ensure compliance with planograms. - Monitor product freshness, visibility, and availability at outlets. - Drive execution excellence in both General Trade and Modern Trade outlets. Reporting & Insights: - Report directly to the Trade Marketing Manager with regular updates on activations, execution, and market insights. - Prepare reports on sampling stock, activation spends, and campaign effectiveness. - Share competitor activity and market feedback with sales and marketing teams for continuous improvement. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1–3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, FMCG activation, or BTL execution. - Strong vendor management and negotiation skills. - Experience in managing field teams/promoters preferred. - Good understanding of retail execution and trade marketing practices.
