As a Trade Marketing Executive in Kerala, your role involves developing and implementing trade marketing strategies to drive sales and increase market share in Kerala & Tamil Nadu. You will be responsible for planning and executing trade promotional activities, trade shows, and in-store marketing campaigns. Additionally, you will coordinate with vendors, agencies, and designers to ensure the successful implementation of marketing campaigns within established timelines. Your key responsibilities include: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key retailers and distributors. - Negotiating trade terms, promotional schemes, and securing optimal shelf space for product visibility. - Overseeing module/fixtures installation and retail branding to increase brand visibility. - Conducting comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and monitor competitive activities. - Providing regular reports on market conditions, trade-sales performance, and the effectiveness of trade marketing activities. - Collaborating closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. - Providing support to sales staff to ensure the successful execution of trade marketing initiatives. - Monitoring, auditing, and evaluating the effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns and making data-driven adjustments as needed. - Ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. - Tracking and reporting on the return on investment (ROI) of trade marketing activities. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably in the FMCG or fashion industry. - Strong understanding of the retail environment in Kerala & Tamil Nadu. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned region as required. This is a full-time job based in Kerala, with the requirement to work on-site.
