As a Sales and Marketing Manager in the healthcare industry, you will be responsible for driving product sales and enhancing brand visibility within hospitals and healthcare channels. Your role will involve developing and executing marketing strategies, managing relationships with hospital procurement teams, supporting sales efforts, analyzing market trends, and overseeing promotional activities such as trade shows and formulary listings. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key hospital stakeholders, including procurement teams, pharmacists, and other partners. - Develop and implement trade marketing strategies, promotional activities, and brand activation plans specifically tailored for the hospital and healthcare channels. - Conduct market analysis, track competitors, and identify growth opportunities, including product listing in hospital formularies and tenders. - Manage trade marketing budgets, track spending, measure ROI of programs, and monitor sell-in/sell-out performance. - Ensure the successful execution of in-hospital visibility elements and merchandising standards. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience in sales and marketing roles within the healthcare industry. - Strong communication and relationship-building skills. - Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities. - Proficiency in budget management and performance tracking.
