Job Description

Job Title: Trade Finance Associate / Lockbox Operations

Location:

Lockbox Operations

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily lockbox operations and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
Process and support
Documentary Collections
(Inward/Outward) and
Advising of Letters of Credit
.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accuracy standards, and TAT/SLA expectations.
Identify discrepancies and escalate issues to supervisors when needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth end-to-end processing.

Required Experience & Skills

13 years of experience
in
Trade Finance
operations.
Hands-on experience in
Documentary Collections
and
Letter of Credit advising
.
Strong attention to detail and understanding of trade finance documents.
Ability to work in
APAC or US shifts
.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance or related field.
Knowledge of international trade practices and banking procedures preferred.
