We are urgently looking for Health insurance manager in Bangalore Dairy circle Banneraghatta road Dairy circle

Team lead/ Assistant Manager - CRM

Insurer Relationship

Preparing monthly and weekly internal RECO report (Total 8 reports are there - All are manual managed)
Preparing daily annexure (Currently 5 annexure are there 70 % need to be managed manual)
She /He will be role is to manage the day to day activity with the coordination of SPOC, Provide support other team members
She/ he will coordinate with internal team for errors logs.

Client Servicing

Resolving customer queries within TAT and ensuring smooth claim process
Providing information to the customers and to respond to their claim related queries
Coordinating with the customers/agents for cashless claim settlement
Coordinating with internal stakeholders like enrolment,
Account management, claims, investigation, support team to settle claims
Managing Team & tracking queries sending daily reports
Visiting client location
Should be good at Excel/ MIS
