Toy Designer

·       Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Toy Design, or related field.

·       2+ years’ experience in product/toy design (exceptional with strong portfolios required).

·       Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, SolidWorks, Rhino, or similar software.

·       Hands-on skills in sketching, prototyping, and model-making.

·       Knowledge of toy materials and manufacturing processes.

·       Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for children’s products.

·       Team player with good communication skills.

·       As an Industrial Toy Designer, you will design and develop innovative toys that reflect our brand’s mission of inspiring wonder about nature while meeting international safety and quality standards.

·       You will work closely with product development and sourcing teams to bring ideas from concept to reality.

·       Create original toy concepts, sketches, 3D models, and prototypes.

·       Research global toy trends, materials, and play patterns.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams on design, production feasibility, and packaging.

·       Ensure designs comply with safety regulations (BIS, ASTM, EN71, etc.).

·       Support sustainability goals through material and design innovation.
