Title: Toy & Game Designer Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end concept development for toys and games Manage and mentor 3D designers; provide creative and technical direction Research user behaviour, industry trends, and competitive products Oversee prototyping, testing, refinement, and documentation Collaborate with manufacturing teams across plastics, moulding, paper/board, and packaging Ensure timely delivery of design outputs and maintain project documentation Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in product / toy / game design Strong design portfolio demonstrating concept thinking and user-centric design Understanding of materials, manufacturing methods, and child-centric design principles Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to convert insights into manufacturable, market-ready products Who You Are?
