Key ResponsibilitiesTourism Sales & PartnershipsDevelop and implement strategies to increase sales from tourists visiting the showroom, retail store, or production facility. Build partnerships with tour operators, travel agents, hotels, resorts, guides, and tourism boards to generate consistent tourist visits. Negotiate commissions, referral agreements, and promotional activities with tourism partners. Organize guided showroom tours, product presentations, and shopping experiences tailored for tourists. Business DevelopmentIdentify new business opportunities within local and international tourism markets. Research emerging tourism trends and build offers/packages to attract targeted tourist groups. Expand the company’s presence in the luxury travel, cultural tourism, and shopping tourism segments. Customer Experience & Sales SupportEnsure a culturally sensitive, high-quality shopping experience for foreign customers. Work with the sales team to train them on dealing with tourists, languages, and specific buyer preferences. Manage VIP tourist groups and ensure personalized assistance to high-value clients. Assist in improving in-store signage, multilingual materials, and guided tour scripts. Marketing & PromotionCollaborate with the marketing department to design promotional materials for tourists (brochures, tour videos, story-driven product presentations). Plan and execute marketing campaigns focused on tourism channels. Represent the company at tourism trade fairs, hospitality networking events, and cultural exhibitions. Operational & ReportingMaintain strong relationships with tourism partners through regular meetings, updates, and performance tracking. Monitor sales performance from tourism channels and prepare monthly/quarterly reports. Oversee logistics for tourist visits, including scheduling, group arrangements, and coordination with transport companies if needed. Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, duty-free processes (if applicable), and customer service standards.
