Need Eighty Two Forex and Travels Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing organization engaged in Travel & Tourism, Forex, and Medical Tourism. We specialize in domestic & international tour packages, flight and train bookings, visa assistance, bus services, and medical tourism solutions.

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Tour Package Head who will lead the tour operations team, manage package development, and collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products across digital and physical platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the Tour Operations Team to ensure smooth handling of domestic and international tour packages.
• Plan, design, and price customized and fixed tour packages for B2B agents and corporate clients.
• Collaborate closely with the Digital & Physical Marketing Team to promote packages through online campaigns, social media, events, and offline marketing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotels, DMCs, transport vendors, and travel agents.
• Research market trends and competitor strategies to design innovative and competitive packages.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Customer Service Teams to ensure timely communication, quotations, and follow-ups.
• Monitor service quality, vendor performance, and ensure customer satisfaction across all touchpoints.
• Prepare and review monthly reports, cost analyses, and performance summaries for management.
• Train and motivate the operations team to achieve productivity and business goals.
• Ensure all operations comply with company policies, contracts, and travel regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: Minimum 5–10 years in Tour Operations / Package Management (Domestic & International).
• Proven experience in team leadership, package design, and B2B travel business.
• Strong understanding of destination management, pricing, and vendor negotiations.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Experience working with marketing teams for product promotion and lead generation.
• Proficiency in MS Office, travel CRM tools, and GDS (preferred).
• Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Management.

Compensation:

Salary: Based on experience and as per industry standards.
