Tour Package Head

We’re looking for an experienced Tour Package Head to lead our operations team and collaborate with our Digital & Physical Marketing divisions to design, manage, and promote domestic & international travel packages.

Location: Barasat, Kolkata (On-site)

💼 Employment Type: Full-Time

💰 Salary: Based on experience and as per industry standards

Key Responsibilities:

 ✅ Lead the tour operations team for smooth domestic & international package handling

 ✅ Design and price competitive and innovative travel packages (B2B & B2C)

 ✅ Collaborate with the marketing team to promote tour products across online & offline channels

✅ Build strong relationships with agents, hotels, DMCs, and transport vendors

✅ Oversee service quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

🎓 5–10 years of experience in Tour Operations / Package Management

💡 Strong knowledge of destinations, vendor network & B2B relationships

 👥 Proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

 📊 Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and travel tools (GDS preferred)
