Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our travel and tourism company. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth by promoting our travel packages, services, and partnerships both domestically and internationally. Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the travel and tourism sector. Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients through strategic sales efforts. Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and other stakeholders. Promote domestic and international tour packages tailored to various customer segments (individuals, groups, corporates, etc.). Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets. Attend travel expos, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients and suppliers to ensure profitability. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends. Prepare reports, forecasts, and business presentations for internal and client use.
