Should be responsible for- Issue and confirm flight tickets accurately, ensuring all customer information is correct. Assist customers in making and modifying reservations, including seating preferences and special requests. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering travel-related advice. Handle payments, refunds, and payment-related inquiries, ensuring compliance with financial procedures. Maintain accurate records of transactions, passenger information, and ticketing-related paperwork in accordance with company policies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively assist customers and collaborate with team members. Comfortable using reservation systems, ticketing software, and basic office applications. Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as travel schedules demand.
