Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tour Manager based in Hyderabad. The Tour Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of talent travel and tour logistics, including scheduling, venue bookings, event planning, and budget management. The role requires close collaboration with talent, clients, event organizers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and successful outcomes for all events. The Tour Manager will also address on-site issues and handle last-minute changes while maintaining clear communication with all parties. Qualifications Event coordination and planning skills, including scheduling and logistics management Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with multiple stakeholders Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances Proficiency in time management and handling deadlines under pressure Previous experience in event management, talent coordination, or a related role is highly advantageous Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required Familiarity with entertainment and event industry standards and practices is a plus
