Job Description

Key Responsibilities Will Include

Lead the delivery of strategic reward initiatives across India ensuring alignment with the business goals (including the annual remuneration cycle).
Provide guidance and advice on all aspects of reward to key business and HR stakeholders.
Partner with market survey providers and internal stakeholders to develop and optimise reward data and analytics.
Lead annual remuneration reviews and market benchmarking, utilising data for evidence-based decisions and management and governance of Short Term, Long Term and Sales Incentive Plans.

About You

Experience in delivering reward programs in a large corporate environment; financial services experience preferred.
Good leadership and stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to influence stakeholders to drive best outcomes for the firm.
Strong focus on delivering continuous operational excellence and looking for opportunities to enhance our reward offering.
Data savvy skilled in benchmarking, analytics, and modelling
