Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for partnering with HR and business leaders to deliver market-competitive compensation programs, managing annual salary reviews, bonuses, and long-term incentive processes in APAC, conducting market benchmarking and job evaluations, and providing compensation consulting support for hiring, promotions, and retention cases. Additionally, you will design and manage regional benefits programs, partner with global and local vendors/brokers, drive employee communication and education on benefits programs, and lead benefits renewals. You will also act as a regional subject matter expert on total rewards, contribute to M&A due diligence and integration activities, and identify opportunities for process improvement and digital enablement in rewards. Ensuring governance and compliance, supporting audits and reporting requirements, and maintaining knowledge of legislative changes impacting rewards will also be part of your responsibilities. You will actively manage and monitor total reward program financials, develop functional requirements, and act as the primary liaison for Total Rewards subject matter experts, HR stakeholders, HR Operations, and third-party providers. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with HR and business leaders to deliver market-competitive compensation programs - Manage annual salary review, bonus, and long-term incentive processes in APAC - Conduct market benchmarking and job evaluations - Provide compensation consulting support for hiring, promotions, and retention cases - Design and manage regional benefits programs - Partner with global and local vendors/brokers to negotiate cost-effective benefits solutions - Drive employee communication and education on benefits programs - Lead benefits renewals - Act as a regional subject matter expert on total rewards - Contribute to M&A due diligence and integration activities - Identify opportunities for process improvement and digital enablement in rewards - Ensure all compensation and benefits programs meet legal and regulatory requirements across APAC countries - Support audits and reporting requirements related to compensation and benefits - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislative changes impacting rewards - Actively manage and monitor total reward program financials - Develop functional requirements to design or improve total rewards related plans and processes - Act as the primary liaison for Total Rewards subject matter experts, HR stakeholders, HR Operations, and third-party providers - Participate in and oversee the delivery of mergers and acquisitions, including rewards program comparisons and transition activities Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field (Masters preferred) - 5-10 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, preferably with regional APAC scope - Strong knowledge of APAC labor laws, statutory benefits, and regulatory frameworks - Experience in multinational organizations with matrix reporting - Strong analytical and project management skills, proficiency in Excel and HRIS - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Advanced qualitative, quantitative, analytical, and project management skills About the Company: Verisk has been the leading data analytics and technology partner to the global insurance industry for over 50 years.
