Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers Provide assistance related to insurance policies, claims, billing, coverage, and renewals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in CRM systems. Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines related to the insurance industry. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments as per process guidelines. Familiarity with insurance terms, claim cycles, and policy types (life, health, P&C, etc.). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
