Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Monitoring Engineer with 810 years of experience to join our IT Infrastructure team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Monitoring Systems, deep expertise in Linux and Windows Server environments, and hands-on experience with tools that leverage SNMP, APIs, and monitoring platforms such as Splunk, Thousand Eye and Logic Monitor. Experience working with AWS environments is also essential.
• 810 years of relevant experience in Monitoring and Systems Administration.
• Strong expertise in Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with monitoring protocols such as SNMP, WMI, and REST APIs.
• Proficiency in Splunk, Thousand Eye and Logic Monitor.
• Hands-on experience with AWS monitoring tools and integrations (CloudWatch, CloudTrail, etc.).
• Scripting experience (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation and integration.
• Strong understanding system performance metrics, log analysis, and alerting best practices.
• The ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and work cross-functionally with IT and development teams.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
