Tools Practice lead - GTM, Analyst, Marketing

Role Overview: As a Tools Practice lead - GTM Analyst in Marketing at Wipro Limited, your primary responsibility will be to respond to RFIs/RFPs and propose solutions in the domains of Digital IT Service Management, Service Assurance, and AIOps. This includes infrastructure and application monitoring, event management, analytics, machine learning, automation, orchestration, server and network automation tools across Data Centre, Cloud, Network, and EUC towers. You will engage proactively with customers to understand their tool estates and pitch next-generation solution areas that deliver business value. Collaboration with Solution Managers, Solution Architects, and Finance Managers is essential to create solution documentation, pricing models, and presales collateral during RFI and RFP submissions. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to RFIs/RFPs and propose solutions in ITOM, ITSM, and ITAM areas, including Monitoring, Observability, AIOPS, Service Management, Asset Management, and Automation. - Create differentiated tool solutions utilizing products such as Splunk AI ops, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, OpsRamp, Moogsoft AI ops, BMC, Microfocus, Microsoft, SolarWinds, Evolven, and others. - Proactively engage with customers to understand their tool estates and pitch next-generation solution areas for delivering business value. - Collaborate with Solution Managers, Solution Architects, and Finance Managers to develop solution documentation, pricing, and presales collateral aligned with stated requirements. - Prepare and present AIOPS solutions to Wipro customers during onsite discussions and mutual value discovery sessions, ensuring alignment with Wipro's solution strategy. Qualifications Required: - Completion of necessary trainings and certifications related to competency building and branding. - Development of Proof of Concepts (POCs), case studies, demos, etc., for new growth areas based on market and customer research. - Presentation of Wipro's point of view on solution design and architecture through white papers and blogs. - Attainment of market references and recognition through analyst rankings, client testimonials, and partner credits. - Participation as Wipro's Thought Leadership voice in internal and external forums. - Mentoring of developers, designers, and Junior architects for their career development and enhancement.
