Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tools Designer based in Ahmedabad (Changodar). The Tools Designer will be responsible for creating and optimizing tooling designs, including jigs and fixture designs. The role involves collaborating with engineering teams to ensure designs meet performance and reliability criteria, conducting design reviews, and overseeing the manufacturing process to ensure the tools are produced to specifications and quality standards.

Job Description:

1.To do concept design (3D) of Jigs & Fixtures in Creo software

2.To do DAP with customer

3.To do detail design (2D)

4.To get design approval from HOD

5.To release the 3D and 2D for further action

6.To participate in trial

Education & Experience Requirements:

Qualification – Diploma in Tool and die making

Technical Skills –

1.Good command on CREO or any other design software

2.Should have good knowledge on GD&T

3.Good communication skill

4.Good interpersonal skill
