Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tools Designer at Thara Innovations India Private Limited, located in Hosur. The Tools Designer will be responsible for designing and developing various tools, including molds and injection molding tools. Daily tasks will include working on tooling design projects, collaborating with design engineers, and ensuring the accuracy and functionality of the tools. The role requires working closely with the manufacturing team to ensure the tools meet the required specifications and quality standards. The Tools Designer will also be involved in troubleshooting and improving existing tools. Qualifications Skills in Tooling Design and Design Engineering Proficiency in Mold Design and Mold development Knowledge and experience in Injection Molding processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to collaborate effectively with a team Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Relevant certifications in tooling, mold design, or similar fields are a plus
