Must-Have

Manage and optimize monitoring tools like Site24x7 and OpManager (ManageEngine).
Configure, administer, and set up monitoring for infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments.
Integrate incidents and alerts with ticketing systems to ensure smooth operations.
Analyze and troubleshoot performance issues to maintain system health and uptime.
Continuously improve tool efficiency through optimization and automation.

Responsibilities

Administer and optimize Site24x7 / OpManager platforms.
Configure monitoring, alerts, and integrate with ticketing systems.
Monitor servers, networks, cloud, and applications; troubleshoot issues.
Generate reports, perform upgrades, and ensure compliance.
Automate tasks using scripts; strong knowledge of monitoring protocols and cloud
