We are building a strong internal evaluation and R&D wing focused on testing new-age tools, AI models, and automation frameworks.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Tool Tester with a Computer Science (CSE) background and strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence. The candidate will be responsible for testing, evaluating, comparing, and documenting various AI, automation, and productivity tools used in our training and internal workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Test and evaluate AI and automation tools, including:
• AI model builders
• Agent frameworks
• Workflow automation tools (n8n, Make.com, Zapier)
• AI image, video, and design tools
• Analyse tool performance, reliability, accuracy, and limitations.
• Create comparison reports, tool breakdowns, and structured documentation.
• Provide insights to internal teams for training content creation.
• Identify bugs, UI/UX issues, and workflow challenges.
• Stay updated with new AI tools, LLM features, automation trends, and releases.
• Test AI prompts, model outputs, and tool-specific functionalities.
• Support R&D team with tool evaluations for new courses and programs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / CSE / IT.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, LLMs, prompts, model behaviour, and AI workflows.
• Good technical reasoning and learning ability to explore multiple tools quickly.
• Familiarity with APIs, triggers, actions, and automation logic.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and writing skills.
• Ability to structure findings clearly and present tool evaluations.

Preferred Skills (Good to have)

• Hands-on experience with n8n, Make.com, Zapier, Notion, Airtable.
• Experience in testing AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, image/video tools).
• Exposure to AI model evaluation or prompt engineering.
• Understanding of workflow design or automation logic.
• Previous experience in QA/testing is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
