Job Description

Complete feasibility analysis & Perform routine preventive maintenance and periodic checks on injection & Extrusion Machines. Troubleshoot breakdowns and ensure minimal downtime. Attend mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues in Inject & Extrusion machines. Coordinate with external service providers or vendors for major repairs when required, Maintain spare parts inventory for critical components on time, within budget, and handed over to production with all relevant documentation. Work on improving machine reliability and efficiency through root cause analysis and corrective actions. Ensure all Toolroom team members are performing as per expectations, Responsible for training & retaining of toolroom team IATF Documentation to be prepared and maintained. Daily, weekly & monthly plans to be prepared for preventive/ breakdown maintenance of moulds. Must be able to work without supervision & capable of reporting to management.
