Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / NTTF / GTTC / CIPET Experience: 8–10 Years in mould development and manufacturing Key Responsibilities: Manage overall tool room operations Supervise mould development, assembly, and trials Prepare mould costing and project timelines Handle a team of 20+ tool room staff Coordinate with design and production teams Review and improve mould designs Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency in operations Required Skills: Strong knowledge of injection moulds Hands-on with tool room machinery (VMC, EDM, etc.) Basic CAD/CAM understanding Good leadership and communication skills Show more Show less
