Job Description

Job Title: TL/Sr. CAE Analyst

Position 1. Required Ansys LS Dyna, Nastran, Mold Flow added advantage

Qualification:

B.E / B. Tech or M.E/ M. Tech (Mech/Prod.)

Experience:

Total of 5 to 8 years in a CAE/FEA domain.

Automotive interior plastic Door Trims

Numerical Validation - Meshing & CAE activity

· Ansys LS-DYNA

· Nastran,

· Ansys / Hypermesh

Technical Specialist Injection tooling & Rheology

· Auto Desk Mold Flow

CAD Software Skills:

CATIA V5 and added advantage of NX.

Key responsibilities:

Required Skills:

  • Perform CAE simulations to evaluate full vehicle crashworthiness performance for high-speed side impact using LS-DYNA.
  • Utilize safety CAE standard work procedures for side impact simulations and assure high quality simulation results, outputs, reports and presentations.
  • Generate feasible and timely vehicle design recommendations and technical solutions to meet side impact safety performance targets for the vehicle.
  • Working knowledge of CAE with experience in LS-DYNA, Nastran, and other CAE tools is must. Mold Flow added advantage.
  • Ability to lead a team will be an added advantage.
  • Work Experience in analysis and post processing of at least 1 full vehicle or sub system level modal analysis load case without any supervision.
  • Project execution experience in meshing BIW & plastic parts for NVH Analysis.
  • Project execution experience in model built and assembly for Automotive interior plastic Door Trims.
  • Very good knowledge of finite element analysis (FEA). Good communication, report writing, technical documentation and presentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹424,706.81 - ₹1,463,399.03 per year
