In your role as Release Train Engineer (RTE) at the company, you will be responsible for managing the Agile Release Train (ART) of Xtra, an innovative mobile application that delivers personalized shopping services. As a servant leader and ART coach, you will facilitate ART events and processes, support teams in delivery, communicate with stakeholders, escalate obstacles, manage risks, and stimulate continuous improvement. Your key responsibilities as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) within Colruyt Group IT include: - Managing and optimizing the Agile Release Train in coordination with multiple dev-ops teams and business operations teams - Setting up and preparing the product increments - Facilitating PI Planning, defining PI objectives, and ensuring transparency within the Agile Release Train - Facilitating synchronization moments within the Agile Release Train - Supporting decision-making regarding cost and business value estimation of features & capabilities - Monitoring and reporting on the delivery progress of features and capabilities - Managing risk within the Agile Release Train - Escalating and following up on issues - Identifying resource needs - Ensuring optimal collaboration within the Agile Release Train - Organizing demos and fostering improvement initiatives - Ensuring the application of quality processes Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum 5 years of IT work experience, preferably in an Ecommerce/Digital context, with experience in RTE role - Knowledge of SAFe (2-3 Years) and experience with Lean and Agile methodologies - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Coaching abilities to develop teams, support problem identification, and decision-making - Analytical skills to break down projects into smaller components while maintaining the overall view - Proficiency in English for seamless collaboration - Location: CGI Hyderabad office with the flexibility to work from home up to 3 days a week Certifications required: - SAFe Practitioner certification - RTE certification Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess strong skills and knowledge in servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and transparency. Strong collaboration, facilitation, and conflict management skills are also key competencies for this role.
