As a Customer Relationship Executive, your main responsibility will be managing relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience from sales to post-sales. Your primary objective is to assist CRM in establishing long-lasting relationships with customers, fostering loyalty, and encouraging retention. Your key responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service to both new and existing customers, addressing customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively, supporting the Customer Relationship Manager for smooth operations, conducting follow-up calls and emails to guarantee customer satisfaction, collaborating with the sales team to facilitate a seamless sales process and customer handover, conducting customer surveys to gather feedback for improvement, developing and maintaining customer databases, and working with sales teams to enhance customer retention strategies. To excel in this role, you should have experience in customer service within an automobile dealership, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, hold a minimum educational qualification of Graduation, be capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines, preferably have knowledge of the automotive industry and dealership operations, and familiarity with customer database management would be advantageous.,
