In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing open complaints regularly to meet response time and closure SLAs. You will also focus on achieving revenue targets, ensuring preventive maintenance adherence, and auditing service quality. Additionally, maintaining customer i-base hygiene and updating end user data in the system will be part of your key responsibilities. Your role will involve driving customer engagement and maintaining a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). You will build strong relationships with customers by addressing concerns proactively and ensuring timely maintenance to enhance customer satisfaction. Furthermore, you will be involved in developing and maintaining Channel infrastructure according to the expansion plan. Regular visits to Channel to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and providing resource support to achieve SLAs will be essential tasks. Your responsibilities will also include managing timely submission and processing of invoices from Channel Partners, handling defective spares, and settling warranty and other claims efficiently. Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of products such as Room Air Conditioners, Water Purifiers, Air Purifiers, and Air Coolers - Technical expertise in service offerings, channel management, vendor & business associates/dealer management - Experience in revenue generation through AMC and spare parts - Excellent communication & presentation skills - Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Please note that no additional details about the company were included in the provided job description.,
