As a Service Manager, your role involves regular review of open complaints and ensuring response time and closure as per SLAs. You will be responsible for achieving Revenue generation targets and ensuring Preventive Maintenance adherence while auditing the quality of Service regularly. Maintaining Customer i-base hygiene and updating end user data in the system regularly is essential. Your focus will be on driving customer engagement and maintaining high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Building strong relationships with Customers by ensuring timely maintenance and proactively addressing concerns will be a key aspect. Developing and maintaining Channel infrastructure as per Expansion plan, making regular visits to Channel to ensure a high level of engagement and alignment with organization objectives, and ensuring adequate resource support to the channel to achieve committed SLAs will also be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring timely submission & processing of Invoices of Channel Partners, return of defective spares, warranty & other claims settlement will be crucial for the smooth functioning of operations. Key Responsibilities: - Possess knowledge of products for Room Air Conditioners, Water Purifier, Air Purifier & Air Cooler. - Demonstrate technical knowledge about Service offerings and Channel Management. - Manage vendors, business associates, and dealers effectively. - Familiarity with Revenue Generation strategies including Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and Spare parts. - Showcase excellent Communication & Presentation skills. - Utilize strong Interpersonal and negotiation Skills to build and maintain relationships.,
