Key Responsibilities Lead technical and strategic initiatives within Holtec Asias ACC Division. Hands-on responsibility for design,/ engineering/ specification development/ erection/, project Management of ACC systems. Manage large-scale projects and cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and site implementation. Collaborate with global experts, particularly Holtecs Heat Transfer Division (USA), to ensure technical alignment. Ensure integration of proprietary and patented technologies in product delivery. Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and professional integrity within the division. Minimum Technical Requirements Degree: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering (mandatory). Experience: Minimum of 10 years in relevant industry, preferably involving Air-Cooled Condenser . Functional Exposure: Must have experience in at least one of the following: Process Engineering Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation Specification development Field erection & commissioning Project management Desirable Additional Qualifications Advanced Degrees: Masters degree in Engineering or Business Administration or any one relevant Project Leadership: Experience of working in multi-million-dollar projects. Global Coordination: engagement with international engineering teams (preferably U.S.). Innovation Exposure: Familiarity with patent processes, R&D, or product development in ACC systems. Objective: To execute the cold drink strategy of the unit and all activities as per the Business plan Title: Team Leader - CDE Function: Commercial Work Location: Job Responsibilities: 1. To manage the asset base of equipment for respective territories 2. Providing technical service for Coolers, fountains, vendors and ensuring retailer/key accounts satisfaction through service providers 3. CDE placement as per RED standards through outsourced masons, carpenters and electricians. 4. To ensure that all processes are followed for the cold drink equipments and assets are tracked & report deviations in the marketplace. 5. Monitor the respective placements, service (break down and preventive), refurbishment, agreements uploading and approval in Cooler tracking system 6. Responsible for fountain placements in specific channels and ensure quality drink. 7. To manage outsourced agents for data entry of the CDE’S and their tracking system and call center operators who will respond to customer issues and concerns. Keep a track of various projects life cycle starting with technical bid, award of the project, factory witness test & qualification, on time delivery of the product to site, commissioning, closure of customer observations & any design modification feedback from customer. Ability to understand concepts in mechanical, electrical, electronic systems and communicate the progress of projects to core team. Coordinate with various cross functional team and location for smooth execution of projects. Responsible for smooth execution of the project & highlight the RISK with mitigation plan to management.
