Ticketing Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive, your role involves generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting the company's travel and related services. You must be enthusiastic, persuasive, and passionate about helping customers find the right travel solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase company revenue. - Must have knowledge of Amadeus and Galileo Softwares. - Promote and sell the company's travel products and services such as flight bookings, hotel reservations, and tour packages. - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction. - Prepare and deliver presentations, quotations, and proposals to potential customers. - Should have 1-2 years of experience in ticketing and the travel industry. - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information. - Keep records of sales activities, client interactions, and feedback in CRM systems. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
