Ticketing Manager

As a Lifestyle/Travel Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a close liaison with customers regarding Airline bookings. Your key responsibilities will include managing the database and back office operations, ensuring compliance with best practices for airline ticketing, contributing effectively towards strategy development, monitoring and communicating airline schedule changes and flight cancellations, checking manifests against booked information, achieving targets through regular queue and update checks, utilizing preferred Airline contacts, handling internal and external calls with the highest level of customer service, issuing airline tickets in accordance with contracts, and demonstrating a profound knowledge of IATA regulations. Your qualifications should include a deep understanding of CRS systems such as Amadeus and CRS, as well as a solid knowledge of Amadeus, Abacus, Galileo, Worldspan, and Saber. You should possess strong abilities in handling reservations by assigning flights and ticketing, working effectively under deadlines, and exhibiting excellent communication skills. Additionally, you must have the capacity to work under stressful situations and tight time constraints. Moreover, the ideal candidate for this role should have experience with Amadeus and be capable of training the team in basic ticketing skills.
