✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using

  TIBCO middleware products

  (BW 5.x/6.x, EMS, RV, Admin, Hawk, etc.)
• Implement

  Enterprise Application Integration (EAI)

  and

  Enterprise Service Bus (ESB)

  solutions using TIBCO tools
• Work on

  Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)

  and implement web services (SOAP/REST)
• Develop and deploy

  Business Process Management (BPM)

  and

  Complex Event Processing (CEP)

  workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define integration architecture, and deliver high-quality solutions
• Monitor and troubleshoot TIBCO applications and interfaces
• Optimize performance and scalability of integrations
• Maintain technical documentation and follow change management practices

🔍 Required Skills & Experience:

• 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in

  TIBCO development

• Strong experience with

  TIBCO BusinessWorks

  Admin

  , and

  Adapters

• Experience in designing and implementing

  SOA

  solutions
• Good understanding of

  XML

• Experience with

  TIBCO Hawk

  for monitoring and alerting
• Familiarity with

  Business Intelligence (BI)

  CEP

  concepts is a plus
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with CI/CD and source control tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins) is a plus
