What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a Co-Founder with deep expertise in HVAC product design to help us build a next-generation air conditioning system for commercial users. While we are developing a District Cooling System (DCS) in parallel, this role will primarily focus on designing an innovative cooling product from scratch, optimized for energy efficiency, performance, and manufacturability. You’ll lead the end-to-end HVAC design of this new product, including refrigerant system design, indoor/outdoor unit configuration, airflow, heat exchangers, casing, sensors, and controls.
