What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a Co-Founder with deep expertise in HVAC product design to help us build a next-generation air conditioning system for commercial users. While we are developing a District Cooling System (DCS) in parallel, this role will primarily focus on designing an innovative cooling product from scratch, optimized for energy efficiency, performance, and manufacturability. You’ll lead the end-to-end HVAC design of this new product, including refrigerant system design, indoor/outdoor unit configuration, airflow, heat exchangers, casing, sensors, and controls. This is a chance to build an entirely new class of AC technology that’s smarter, more efficient, and better suited for the Indian market. About the Project: We are building a next-generation, energy-efficient air conditioning system designed to consume 40–50% less energy than traditional ACs by integrating a compact water-cooled condenser loop , using radiator-style heat exchangers , high-efficiency components , and zero water evaporation . This is not a typical HVAC role, it's a deep tech product development challenge where you’ll help design a new category of AC systems . Who We're Looking For: We're seeking a passionate and hands-on HVAC/Refrigeration Engineer who loves problem-solving, energy systems, and building new things from scratch. Key Responsibilities: You will be a core technical contributor in our zero-to-one product R&D journey , focused on the full thermodynamic design, simulation, and prototyping of a closed-loop vapour compression system with radiator-style heat rejection .
