Thermic Fluid Heater Operator / Technician.

Dear Candidates,

We are in search of Thermic Fluid Heater Operator, who is responsible for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and monitoring of the thermic fluid heating system.

This role involves ensuring optimal performance, maintaining temperature control, preventing system breakdowns, and following all safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the thermic fluid heater and associated equipment.
• Maintain required temperature and pressure levels as per production needs.
• Check and maintain thermic fluid levels, pumps, burners, and valves.
• Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance of the system.
• Record daily operational data such as temperature, pressure, and fuel consumption.
• Identify and troubleshoot any system abnormalities or leaks.
• Ensure proper combustion efficiency and fuel utilization.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with statutory and company requirements.
• Coordinate with the maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime.
• Monitor thermic fluid quality, coordinate for fluid replacement or filtration when required.
• Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness of the boiler/heater area.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education in Mechanical Engineering field (any graduate - eg : UG/PG/DIPLOMA Etc).
• Knowledge of burner control systems, heat exchangers, and fuel handling (HSD, LDO, FO, etc.).
• Understanding of safety standards related to heating systems.
• Ability to read gauges, charts, and technical manuals.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in shift operations.

Preferred Certifications (if applicable):

• Boiler Operation Engineer (BOE) or similar certification (optional but preferred).
• Fire and Safety training certification.

Work Environment:

• Industrial / Manufacturing plant environment.
• May require standing for long hours and working near heat sources.
