Thermal Simulation Engineer

Role Overview: You will have the opportunity to contribute your ideas for identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative technology solutions. You will independently solve industrial problems and demonstrate your technical expertise by handling various engineering assignments within projects. Your role will involve actively participating in scientific discussions, providing support on transformers business concerning thermal developments, and proposing and leading innovative ideas for future product developments in transformers cooling. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and analyze data from different sources, perform routine operations, and tests related to transformers thermal developments - Utilize Thermal Simulation using CFD and FEA to model heat transfer, airflow, and temperature distribution in power Transformers - Develop mathematical models and CFD simulation methodologies for precise thermal performance prediction - Collaborate with engineers to enhance new and existing products, conduct feasibility studies, conceptualize technical designs, and simulate product performance - Formulate clear conclusions and practical recommendations for the business, share knowledge through detailed reports, specifications, and potential participation in educational programs - Contribute to product and technology development projects, build and manage relationships with stakeholders, and potentially take up a leadership role in projects - Actively engage in engineering networks to enhance expertise and visibility, ensure compliance with applicable regulations, procedures, and guidelines Qualification Required: - Hold a B. Tech, BE, ME, M.Tech, MS, or PhD in Mechanical, Thermal, or fluid dynamics engineering - Possess 4 to 10 years of proven experience in Thermal and fluid simulations (CFD 2D and 3D, preferably Fluent) - Knowledge of object-oriented software (preferably VB.NET) and circuit simulation programs (preferably SPICE) - Deep understanding of thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid mechanics, familiarity with CAD modeling software (CREO) is essential - Excel in teamwork within international teams, exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, and willingness to work in remote and diverse environments - Proficiency in both spoken and written English language is mandatory,
