Job Description

As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities include achieving the assigned territory/ geography wise sales target and carrying out effective field work without direct day-to-day supervision. You are expected to report field work on a daily basis on the assigned online system while meeting Call Average, Coverage, Frequency coverage Norms of the assigned division. Your core job responsibilities involve generating maximum prescriptions & increasing market share, promoting the Division's products as per the strategy, and building relationships with stakeholders such as Doctors, Chemists, Stockiest, etc. Additionally, you will be responsible for facilitating strategy building and acting as a good Brand Ambassador for the company. The minimum education requirement for this role is a BSc/B. Pharma degree. You should have at least 2+ years of experience in the field. Freshers with good communication and analytical skills may also be considered for this position. Candidates with prior/current experience in the same therapy or those from MNCs and top Indian Pharma companies will have an added advantage. Fluency and confidence in communication are essential for this role.,
