About The Role We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Product Designer (UI/UX) with a passion for crafting seamless and impactful web experiences. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for translating user needs and business goals into intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling web Responsibilities : Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience. Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive and user-friendly web experiences. Design and maintain UI components and design systems consistent with brand guidelines. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions. Analyze user behavior data to iterate and improve user interfaces. Ensure final designs meet usability, accessibility (WCAG), and responsiveness standards across browsers and devices. Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in web : 25 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role, preferably with a focus on web platforms. Strong portfolio showcasing web UI/UX design projects, including user flows, wireframes, and final visual designs. Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Solid understanding of HTML/CSS (not required to code but to communicate effectively with developers). Experience working in Agile or cross-functional product teams. Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, layout, color, and iconography. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
