Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
(or equivalent experience).
Experience, Competencies & Skills:
1. 5+ years in functional or consultancy roles with JD Edwards 9.2 and/or 25, including SDLC
delivery and Grower & Blend module expertise.
2. Experience with orchestration development and exposure to other JDE modules
(Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement).
3. 2+ years working within IT project management methodologies.
4. FMCG industry experience preferred.
5. Strong background in business process mapping and optimisation.
6. Familiarity with integration tools and reporting platforms.
7. Proven track record of implementing system improvements.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Self-starter with minimal supervision required.
10. Adaptability to changing priorities and ambiguity.
11. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
12. Ability to manage escalations and pressure situations effectively.
13. Service-oriented mindset with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical
audiences.
14. Strong organisational and task management capabilities.
